A warm and spicy fall....

Fall to me, means a warm pot of tea... and some spicy cookies.  A warm cozy fire... a fresh pile of leaves raked in the yard.

We've been enjoying an unusually warm fall so far.  The leaves are just staring to turn colors and fall gently to the ground on a gentle breeze.  The flowers in the garden are still blooming like it's mid-September...

So why not enjoy this "Indian Summer" and head out to the garden for the afternoon.  The bright oranges and yellows of the mums and pumpkins are certainly a bright spot on this warm, yet misty, afternoon.

So where to set up the tea table?

How about at the vintage metal chairs I love so much.

Just the right spot I think for my cup of tea.  I've got another chair in case company shows up...

Until then, I'll fill my India Tree china cup... and of course, enjoy a gingersnap....

Taking a break for the remainder of the day,
