Blogiversary Week, Day 5 - Vintage in the Garden
As many of you know, I am crazy about vintage. I collect many vintage items such as party goods and decorations, holiday (especially Christmas) decorations, kitchenware, linens, milk glass, flower frogs and this list can go on and on. I like to incorporate vintage in my gardens too.
My chippy chickens look right at home at Red Gate Farm.
A birdhouse my husband and son built me, out of our old barn boards, for Mother's Day.
Some vintage fencing for plant support and backdrops.
My fantastic vintage lawn chairs.
A bench my dad made for me, also out of our very own vintage barn boards.
A cute child's chair, turned into a flower pot holder.
An old milk can becomes a bird bath.
And I want to share my vintage love with you today....
today's giveaway addition is a vintage flower book, cute vintage metal flower pot, vintage flower frog (I love to use mine to hold up cards too) and a unbelievably cool, vintage inspired flowered garden hand tool.
Hoping to inspire a little vintage in your garden,
Chris at Red Gate Farm
